Wayne Poncia
Wayne, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, has taught in all four K-12 divisions and post-secondary as well as school administration. After leaving his position as Assistant Superintendent, Wayne partnered to establish Etraffic Solutions in 1999. Wayne's background gives him a complement of skills and experiences that have helped to guide Etraffic Solutions to become a leading developer of online learning applications and content for students, teachers and school administration.
Robin Poncia
Robin has a Masters of Education in Counseling and Personnel Administration, and 18 years experience as a teacher, administrator, and educational technology consultant. She has worked with such clients as the Florida Department of Education, Disney’s Florida Hospital Celebration Health, NASA, and the United Way.
John Juricic
John’s background includes over 25 years of business experience in financial services, commercial land development, retail management and ownership, information technology consulting and business development. He has extensive political experience as Ministerial Aide, political fundraiser and Riding Executive and Campaign Organizer.
As one of the founding partners of Etraffic, John has been instrumental in the shaping of the company’s business development. He has worked closely with several high profile community organizations including Vancouver Island Advanced Technology Centre (VIATeC), Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce, University of Victoria, Royal Roads University, City of Victoria, Municipality of Saanich, and the Victoria Economic Development Commission. John is currently 2009 Chair of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
