Turning your needs into reality

At the project in-take meeting, there will be an assessment of your company’s needs. Following that process, we will scope, quote and contract your project. Etraffic will assign a Project Lead that will see the project through to completion. This person will work closely with Etraffic’s production departments, including graphic design, software development, and content. We will create a mockup of the design concept for your approval. During the project, your company will receive updates on the progress, and appropriate signoffs as well as quality assurance and final review.

	PacificSport BC Society PacificSport had a challenge: to move beyond face-to-face training for its coaches, and deliver training over a wide geographic area. Etraffic Solutions created a Performance Planning Tool that helped to meet the needs of both provincial and national performance directors and coaches. The tool consists of assessments, a resource locator and online learning to help connect PacificSport better with their coaches.
	National Education Consulting Inc. NECI wanted to deliver its Procurement and Contract Management Program to help government employees improve their on-the-job performance and produce better learning results. In the past, learning programs were stand-alone, knowledge-based training courses. 	Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools With over 125,000 students enrolled, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is the largest school district in North Carolina. They wanted their teachers to be able to learn professionally in a fun, interactive online environment. Etraffic Solutions provided the teachers of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools with dynamic learning modules.
	Merit Global Learning Corporation A chain of hotels located in China needed to deliver hospitality training in Mandarin to staff. They wanted to be able to deliver this training online. Etraffic Solutions provided them with interactive online learning to help staff master job skills.
	Teacher Essentials Teachers needed a just-in-time, just-enough professional learning alternative. Etraffic Solutions developed Teacher Essentials to provide relevant and timely professional learning for teachers and leaders available online in short-format, interactive modules. StudyBUZZ Etraffic Solutions, in partnership with Edvantage Press, created StudyBUZZ to let students take ownership of their test preparation. Etraffic Solutions designed and developed this innovative learning tool with Edvantage providing the content. Students are able to use exam-style questions to assess their preparedness for each unit of specific courses. Educational Leadership Assessment Etraffic Solutions, in partnership with the Council for Educational Change, created the Educational Leadership Assessment to quickly identify leadership candidates. The assessment questions are based on the ten dimensions of educational leadership.
